○ IVT_Virtual_0000 Driver



If you have this device hanging on your device manager waiting for a driver, probably you instaled IVT BlueSoleil on your computer without installing the native Bluetooth drivers from the manufacturer first. Or, the IVT version you have is not compatible with your windows version.
I came across this issue and what i did to solve it was to:

1. Download the latest trial version, right now it's IVT_BlueSoleil_6.4.275.0 which is Windows7 compatible.
2. Extract contents of the ZIP File to a folder
3. Extract all the CAB files BlueSo~1.cab, BlueSo~2.cab, etc, using a capable application like winrar.

After you have extracted the CAB Files you should see some .inf files, one of them is for the Bluetooth PAN Network Adapter .

4. Device Manager -> Unkown Device IVT_Virtual_0000 -> Update Driver -> Point to folder where you extracted the CAB Files.

And you are done:

    Hi, if you have downloaded the 32 bit trial ( which i presume you did) then he is right to say to you that it's not intented for that platofrm. Im not sure if BlueSoleil adds support for 64 bit drivers, you have to check with their website. If it does add support you have to download the 64-bit trial, then the trick should be the same (if still needed). Regards

    Hello Fido, that's hard to tell given only that info. Remember to download the 32bit trial if you have a 32bit Windows 7 OS. Another option would be that this bluetooth stack from bluesoleil is not compatible with your bluetooth device? Or, if you are having problems extracting CAB files, download and install WinRAR.

    Well, i'm using Windows 7 x64, so i'm using Bluesoleil 64bit. All is running fine with the exception in ivt_virtual_000... i've that device marked with an exclamation mark in device manager. Using your instructions i've extracted all cab files and when i point the wizard to the folder it says the above message (data type is not compatible or something like that, because my message is in spanish language)

    I've downloaded 64bit trial because i'm using Windows 7 x64. Bluesoleil is working fine but i still have the warning mark in device manager. I've extracted all the cabs and followed your instructions but the driver installation wizard shows a message saying that data type is not compatible (i'm translating because my message is in spanish language)
